Achilles was formed in 2003 with the aim of changing the perception of compliance training for adults. Our guiding principles and the aim of our business was to always charge a fair price, to keep standards high and to keep our customers happy.

Today Achilles offers more services than ever before. We have developed an unrivalled range of hospitality and security based courses for both companies and private individuals.

Our courses are open to any person, regardless of their knowledge as our experienced instructors will adapt the course to meet every level of skill. Achilles’ experienced instructors have graduated more than 10 000 in the past six years. Our instructors are seasoned professionals who take pride in assuring that each student receives the individual attention needed to become a skilled in their own field.

National qualifications and bespoke training is delivered at our dedicated Central London training centre or nationwide at client premises.

Achilles UK is an approved training and examination centre with the BIIAB, City & Guilds and NOCN. As a member of the Institute of Conflict Management we also operate to a code of practice in "setting standards in the prevention and management of aggression and conflict".
